This book kept me out of trouble! I recommend this book to anyone who likes to read about families and how a not-so-great life can lead to a drastic life and then in a matter of hours, your life's perfect because you've met the woman of your dreams. In this story, Daniel has lost his family and now his daughter has ran away from her home in New York to be with her dad in New Orleans. Her dad only has supervised visits with his children once in a great while. He does everything in his power to get his children to stay for the summer but he has to go through a lot to do that. He falls in love with the woman who testified against him in court 5 years before his daughter ran away. Read this book!

This was a very good book. Ms. Young really catches you interest in the first chapter. She has done that in every book I have read written by her. She also keeps your interest throughout the whole book.
