Much better than on-line help, but leaves out key informatio

For someone who has worked with Microsoft products (Word, EXCEL, POWERPOINT) and wants to improve knowledge, this is incredibly useful. Easy step-by-step approach is easy to follow. But some points are just plain left out (you wonder, how do I do that? And no answer. Not a bedtime reader, but an excellent reference book. Overall, rated as a 9 for its easy to read and use format and help, and 1 point deducted for missing items.
